Our Process
Discovery: what we need from you
Once we have received your order for graphic design services, we will request the following Graphic Design Brief Information:
- Deadline: Provide event specific dates or other deadline dates.

A general design brief overview: This should outline the general layout and the content you’d like included.

Your logos:Â Preferably supplied in high-resolution vector formats such as EPS or AI. JPG and TIFF files may be sufficient if provided at a high resolution.

High-resolution images or photography:Â If you have images or photographs you need including, supply high resolution versions.

All text content:Â The wording and content should include headlines, product details, and any supporting copy.

Contact details:Â Website address, phone numbers, and email addresses.

Corporate branding guidelines:Â Where your company has brand guidelines we will use these to ensure brand consistency.

Any specialist fonts:Â Font names where specific fonts are required for your project.
By providing this information, our team can deliver a design that reflects your brand identity and meets your objectives.
Graphic Design Brief Form
Design: our creative process
Once we’ve received the above Graphic Design Brief Information, our in-house design team will get to work. Here’s what you can expect:

Initial Confirmation: One of our team will email you to confirm that they have the information needed to create your artwork or they may request any missing information.

Project Timescale: Graphic design lead times vary throughout the year. We’ll provide an estimated turnaround time for your graphic design proof to be presented for your review, based on your requirements detailed in your Graphic Design Brief Information. Please note, if at this stage it is established that we cannot meet your deadline, we will let you know, so that you can seek alternative graphic design services. We will also issue a refund for the graphic design order. The product lead time as stated on our website will only begin once artwork is approved for print. All graphic design orders are processed in the order in which they are received and we are unable to prioritise your graphic design order above others received earlier, based on your event deadline.

Creative Concept: Our designer will produce a tailored artwork design that aligns with your brief.

Proof & Feedback: We’ll send you a digital proof for review of your design and we are happy to make amendments as needed (your initial graphic design cost includes up to three revisions). Further designs and additional revisions will be subject to additional graphic design costs.

Final Approval: Once you’re satisfied, we’ll provide a final proof for your sign-off.

Print & Production:Â Your approved design will go into production, ready for printing. Once approved and in production any changes will be subject to costs.

Delivery:Â Your finished product will be produced and delivered in line with the stated lead times, unless we have notified you of any delays.
