Returns & Exchanges

At Expo Burst, we take pride in delivering premium display products and reliable service to every customer. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’ll work with you to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Please review our returns and exchange policies below.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
To start the process, please contact our support team within 3 business days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

2. Missing or Incomplete Shipments

If any part of your order is missing or incomplete, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date if an item did not arrive). We’ll investigate and arrange replacement items as soon as possible.

3. Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please contact us before sending anything back to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

4. Shipping Carrier Damage

If your order was damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work toward a prompt solution.

Please note that Expo Burst is not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages caused by third-party shipping carriers. Replacement shipping or expedited fees may apply depending on the situation. Expo Burst can sometimes ship new hardware immediately at no cost to the client, but this will be viewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Responsibility After Shipment

Once your order has shipped and tracking information is provided, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to monitor the delivery. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately so we can help coordinate with the carrier to resolve the problem efficiently.

6. Warranty Information

At Expo Burst, we stand behind the quality of our products. All products come with a one-year warranty, with the exception of graphics (excluded from warranty), transport and shipping cases (limited warranty).

7. Photo Documentation

To process a warranty claim, photos of the affected item are required unless otherwise instructed by Expo Burst support.

8. Hard Cases (limited warranty)

Hard shipping cases are covered by a limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects or damage during the initial shipment only. If these items arrive damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery. After that period, or once the product has been used, the warranty no longer applies.

9. Other Returns and Exchanges

You may return most unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in new, resellable condition.

Because our displays and graphics are custom-printed to order, personalized or made-to-order items (including printed graphics, branded booths, and exhibits) are not eligible for return.

10. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized by Expo Burst.

11. Damaged Returns

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business days so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Returns reported after this period may be denied or subject to restocking fees.

12. Return Authorization

Before returning any product, please contact Expo Burst to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns sent without prior authorization or documentation will be refused.
